The St. James Ringette Association is a local ringette association registered as a member of the Ringette Manitoba Association and has agreed to abide by the by-laws, policies, procedures and rules and regulations established by the Ringette Manitoba Association.

The St. James Ringette Association is governed by a board of elected representatives and representatives from the participating community centres in St. James.
