Hello SJRA families!

What a great season everyone had! As it comes to a close, we will be planning our AGM. The AGM is run once a year and gives us an opportunity to reflect on the past season and plan for the next. 

 The AGM is scheduled for May 5th from 7:00 to 9:30 at Sturgeon Heights Community Centre 

The agenda will consist of a review of the season and team numbers as well as up and coming committees and events in the 2024-2025 season. One event of note is that SJRA will be hosting the high school tournament in 2025 and plans are already in the works. If you would like to join the committee please reach out to Jen Biggs. If you are wanting to help out, or take on any tasks to support the association it will be greatly appreciated. SJRA is a wonderful community full of so many people giving back, and the players all feel the support.

Since the AGM is being held in an even year, the following positions are up for nominations to be voiced at the AGM;

Registrar
Ice Convenor
Technology
Coach Development
WRL Rep

Please reach out any time if you want information on any position available this year. Even if you feel like you can donate a few hours next season, it all helps us make this association great!
